This is a mandatory 12 session (3 months), once a week group session. After 12 sessions participating members are still welcome if they choose.

Individuals will use this platform to encourage, uplift, empower each other, and have the opportunity to " Voice Your Truth", share their story, and inspire one another.

This is a judgment-free zone, we are striving for better, staying focus, and committed to giving ourselves some Therapy 4 The Soul.

"Voice Your Truth" is used as a positive outlet to express themselves through words, song, dance, and poetry.

We encourage participating members to get involved, speak up! speak out! and "Voice Your Truth".

Every 4th session, participating members will voice their truth in a public event or group setting.

Please Note: No one will be forced, but everyone will be encouraged.

Some sessions are closed and confidential.

During these 12 - weeks participating members will:

• Group discussions.

• Set and Complete a short-term goal, and set a long-term goal.

• Update and complete resumes.

• Complete a vision board.

• Life Skills and Relationship Building.

• "Voice Your Truth" spoken word sessions and public events.

• Social interaction and fun.

• First pre-employment interview.

Participating members will receive a certificate of completion.
